BRIDGEWATER, Va., July 1, 2018 — Dynamic Aviation, provider of special-mission aviation solutions, has promoted Phil Douglas to Vice President of Programs. As Vice President of Program Management, Phil oversees Dynamic Aviation’s Program Management team and be responsible for planning, managing and executing assigned projects for a variety of customers.

Douglas joined Dynamic Aviation as Director of Engineering in 2011.  Since that time, he has held roles of increasing responsibility within the Technical Operations department, most recently serving as Director of Program Management.

An experienced professional with over 40 years in the aviation industry, he also served with the Oklahoma Army National Guard. Mr. Douglas earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Manufacturing Technology from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas.
