BRIDGEWATER, Va., October 21, 2016 — Dynamic Aviation, provider of special-mission aviation solutions, has promoted Joel Shank to Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Shank will provide leadership to the Human Resources department and multiple administration functions, including Information Technology, Security, Corporate Training & Development, and executive support staff.

A graduate of Eastern Mennonite University, Shank began his career in 2006, joining the Dynamic Aviation team as a human resource associate. Since that time, he has held positions of greater responsibility, most recently serving as the Director of Human Resources.
