BRIDGEWATER, Va., May 4, 2015 — Dynamic Aviation recently hosted a company day for a group of 16 active-duty service members as part of the Secretary of Defense Corporate Fellows Program.

This Department of Defense program matches outstanding military officers with sponsoring civilian companies. The officers spend one year working within that organization while remaining on active-duty. As a sponsoring company, Dynamic Aviation was partnered with Lieutenant Colonel John Gutierrez, a U.S. Marine Corps officer with over 20 years of military experience.

“This program is very much about mutual development,” said president and CEO Michael Stoltzfus. “It has been an incredibly rewarding experience and we are honored to have been chosen to participate.”

Throughout the year each sponsor hosts a company day where the officers come together for interaction and collaboration while learning about individual organizations and the practices that make them industry leaders.

Past sponsors include Google, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Pratt & Whitney.
