Pilot
You fly the mission, and you enter the same way a pilot mechanic does — from wherever you are in your hours. Your specialist depth runs toward training, logistics, or another form of support that keeps the operation whole. Everyone here is hands-on. That includes you.
Pilot Mechanic
You fly the mission and maintain the aircraft. You carry both sides. The pilot who understands maintenance makes better decisions — and the mechanic who understands the mission understands why readiness matters. At Dynamic, this is not a specialty. It is the identity.
Mechanic
The aircraft flies because you kept it ready. Maintenance at Dynamic is not a support function — it is the work that makes every mission possible. Your specialist depth is the foundation everything else rests on.
Logistician
The team at the edge operates because the supply chain held. You carry the work that keeps the whole system moving — parts, tools, equipment, timing. On station, on time, every time begins with you.
Facilities
The campus holds the people, and the people do the work. You keep the buildings, the land, the tooling, and the rolling stock ready — the physical foundation that every mission, every overhaul, and every team depends on.
