Karl D. Stoltzfus, Sr., Chairman
Mr. Stoltzfus is an accomplished aviator with over 4,500 hours total time as pilot-in-command in multiple aircraft operations throughout the United States. Mr. Stoltzfus established the company in 1967 with two employees; developed its reputation of excellence, integrity and continuous improvement; and has led and managed the growth of Dynamic Aviation, expanding its range of applications, to its current position as an international leader in the delivery of diversified flight services. With a keen eye for quality and safety, Mr. Stoltzfus conceived, designed, and effected many of the aircraft and equipment modifications used by the company today. Mr. Stoltzfus is a graduate of Eastern Mennonite College in Harrisonburg, VA and has held a variety of senior positions of responsibility in a number of civic and charitable organizations.

Michael A. Stoltzfus, President and CEO
Mr. Stoltzfus provides the strategic direction for Dynamic Aviation, basing his leadership on his dual background in internal project management and in the worldwide business development of one of Dynamic's most successful current business segments. Mr. Stoltzfus began his career with the company in 1990; and in 1992, became the base manager in California. Having accumulated over 5,000 hours total time, Mr. Stoltzfus is a skilled aviator and proven administrator. He has previously served as Base Manager for the California Medfly Program and the Nicaragua Screwworm Eradication Program; Chief Pilot; Vice President of Flight Operations; and as Executive Vice President. Mr. Stoltzfus attended Eastern Mennonite University and graduated from Harvard Business School - Executive Education.

J. Merle Zook, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Zook has developed Dynamic Aviation's capabilities in corporate and project cost management, tracking and analysis; and is responsible for all of Dynamic Aviation's financial activities. His early background included serving as a Staff Accountant, Controller and Manager-Audit and Accounting of professional services and manufacturing organizations. Since joining Dynamic Aviation, Mr. Zook has focused his efforts on business decision support, product and contract pricing, cash management, and financial and tax planning. Mr. Zook has a BS in Accounting from Eastern Mennonite University and is professionally registered as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Indiana and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

David P. Hoyt, Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Hoyt leads the worldwide marketing and business development activities for the organization. Prior to joining Dynamic Aviation in 2002, Mr. Hoyt's career included diverse marketing and executive management experience with manufacturing, service and consumer products companies including Omni Services, Inc.; Virginia Metal Industries, Inc.; The United Company and Procter and Gamble. Mr. Hoyt's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from William and Mary.

Aaron S. Lorson, Vice President, Flight Operations
Mr. Lorson is responsible for directing the flight operations of the company. In this capacity, he has overall responsibility for the safe and reliable operations of the company's aircraft including aircraft scheduling, flight planning and coordination, maintenance, and supervision of the organization's flight operations managers. Mr. Lorson is rated as a Commercial Pilot, Flight Instructor, Ground Instructor, and an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic. Upon graduation from LeTourneau University in Longview, TX, Mr. Lorson worked for the university as its Lead Dispatcher and Primary and Advanced Flight Instructor and Ground Instructor in the university's Part 141 program. During his tenure with Dynamic Aviation, Mr. Lorson has held positions of increasing responsibility as First Officer, Captain, Assistant Base Manager, and most recently as Chief Pilot for the organization.
