Manager of Systems Operations

Location: Bridgewater, VA

The Manager of System Operations position exists to support flight operations for Dynamic Aviation by managing coordination and reporting functions related to the operations and maintenance of company aircraft.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains the flight schedule for all company aircraft consistent with established protocols for each business segment and/or project
• Maintains an up to date operational status for each company aircraft related to maintenance, modification, and assigned project
• Assigns company aircraft to flights as required
• Maintains call desk to support deployed aircraft as necessary
• Monitors and tracks flight activity as necessary
• Is the designated company point of contact regarding ELT’s. Insures ELT’s are properly registered, tested, and operational
• Is the designated company point of contact regarding SkyConnect
• Aggregates operational status of all company operations and conducts the daily operational status briefing
• Provides other collateral operational functions as assigned

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Dispatcher license preferred
• Two year degree required. Four year degree preferred
• Experience with commercial flight planning services preferred
• Previous experience in complex aircraft operations
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Experience in Operations Control Technology required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
