Roger Franklin Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer at Dynamic Aviation, Roger Franklin is responsible for leadership and oversight of the accounting department, information technology, logistics support, contract support and financial planning and analysis.
Prior to joining Dynamic Aviation, he most recently served as the CFO and Corporate Secretary of Quest Aircraft Company LLC, where he developed the company’s first long-range financial forecasts and played a key senior management role in moving Quest from a start-up, development stage company to a fully operational aircraft production company with its FAA production certificate. Prior to that position, he was Managing Director and Co-Founder of Forge Capital LLC, a private investment firm for middle market manufacturing companies.
For more than 20 years, Franklin held senior financial positions with leading companies, including CFO and Senior Vice President at National Linen Service, Vice President and Controller at Allied Automotive Group and Vice President Finance of Simmons Company.
Earlier in his career, he was an audit and tax manager with Price Waterhouse (predecessor to PricewaterhouseCoopers), where he served a variety of clients in the mining, foundry, manufacturing, wood and paper products, banking, real estate, legal, brokerage, cable television system, and consumer services industries.
Mr. Franklin is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Alabama and Georgia Society of CPAs, and Financial Executives International, for which he is a past President of the Atlanta chapter. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where he graduated magna cum laude. |
