Control of adult mosquitoes can be achieved using an aerial ultra-low-volume (ULV) application. Aerial adulticiding is commonly used to provide immediate control of existing mosquito populations. The ULV technique forces a large volume of air through a specially designed nozzle and disperses the chemical into a fine aerosol mist. The ULV droplets effectively impinge upon adult mosquitoes in flight to provide a contact kill. ULV misting results in a low dosage rate application.
Dynamic Aviation and Clarke Mosquito Control have teamed to provide the highest level of adult mosquito control coupled with a standard of excellence for aerial applications safety. Bringing nearly 90 years of experience to projects, Dynamic Aviation and Clarke Mosquito Control (www.clarkemosquito.com) can meet the demands of public health officials facing mosquito control issues that include nuisance mosquitoes, emergencies such as flooding, and mosquito borne diseases including West Nile Virus and Eastern Equine Encephalitis.
